Inferno TV Bound

The Scottsdale Inferno are enjoying a great start to the 2012-2013 PIHA season as they sit atop the Appalachian Division at 4-2 but they are not settling on just proving that they are contenders on the floor. The organization is looking like an early season favorite for Organization of the Year after announcing a relationship with Armstrong Cable. “Armstrong Cable is a locally based TV broadcasting company that will be taking footage from Inferno home games and showing it. The company will also be streaming the games live over the web,” says Inferno spokesman, Nick Pilotti. “We are tremendously excited to start this relationship and hopefully this can bring more awareness to this sport within our area. We have some very talented players here and we are looking forward to them getting this opportunity to display their talents.”

PIHA is excited to build their relationship with the Armstrong company also as they push towards getting the group involved in the 2012-2013 PIHA Finals. Be sure to keep an eye out for links and highlights of these Inferno games on the PIHA website. “The league is very excited to get the sport into homes within the Pittsburgh area and LIVE over the internet. With the expanded interest into other countries and different parts of the US, any exposure of our games is very important,” said PIHA President, CJ Yoder.
